WARM-UP

200 Meter run
Then
15 Mins of
1 – 2 Minutes of front rack mobility with bands
5 Slow air squats (3-5 seconds down and same going up)

WOD

165-lb. squat cleans, 1 minute
Rest 3 minutes
185-lb. squat cleans, 1 minute
Rest 3 minutes
205-lb. squat cleans, 1 minute
Rest 3 minutes
165-lb. squat cleans, 1 minute
Rest 3 minutes
185-lb. squat cleans, 1 minute
Rest 3 minutes
205-lb. squat cleans, 1 minute

* Try for max reps each round without dropping the barbell. Weights listed are just examples of where to start from, but you will choose your starting weight. For the following minute of squat cleans you must increase the weight by 20 #’s if you started at a different weight. Technique!!!
