WE WILL HAVE A LIMITED SCHEDULE THIS WEEK

DUE TO 4 OF OUR COACHES STILL AWAY AT THE 2014 MICRONESIAN GAMES IN POHNPEI.

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY – 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

TUESDAY & THURSDAY – 6 AM , 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

SATURDAY – 7:00 AM (Show-up time) | 7:30 AM (Start time)
“Beach WOD” is a GO!

WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
4 Rounds of
10 – 15 ft swim
5 Air squats
5 Push ups

WOD

For Time or not:

Swim to Sherman Tank and back
30 Air squats
15 Burpees
300 Meter run
15 Burpees
30 Air squats
Swim to Sherman Tank and back

*We might change the WOD to a team WOD depending on how many people show up. Bring your protein and we’ll have an ice chest to keep it cool while we do the WOD
