Then
6 Rounds of
3 PVC Overhead squats
3 Pull-ups
3 Burpees

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 28 minutes of:
115-lb. overhead squats, 9 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
115-lb. bench presses, 12 reps or 12 Burpees
