Take 15-20 minutes to find today’s 1-RM Clean & Jerk
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
185/125 lb Ground to Overhead x 4 reps
Pull-Ups x 8 reps
Note: Get after part A! do not let your mind or you thinking that you can’t do a certain weight hold you back. Listen to your coach as well. For part B if your 1 RM clean and jerk is 185/125lb or close to it then you shouldn’t be trying to do 185/125lb ground to overhead for 4 reps.
