In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
95/65 lb Thrusters x 10 reps
24″/20″ Box Jumps x 10 reps
400 Meter Run
Note: Push it to the limit on each round partners. The point of a WOD like this is to go hard and rest while your partner is completing their round. Try not to break up any of the thrusters or box jumps. Rest while you run, but that doesn’t mean walk…that means find a pace where you can slowly recovery and catch your breath. OOUUS!
