WARM-UP

2 Rounds of
200 Meter run
5 Slow air squats (3-5 Seconds down & up)
6 Burpees
7 Pull-ups

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Burpee pull-ups
30 squats
60 seconds of handstand hold or plank hold
