Its BO’s Birthday. So we’re doing a Beach WOD at 5:15 PM.

6 AM Class – Get Fit CNMI box. WOD below
5:15 PM Class – Beach WOD. Kilili Beach/ Naked Fish
6:15 PM Regular & Onramp Class – Cancelled.

WARM-UP

400 Meter run
Then
5 Rounds of
3 Jumping air squats
3 Plyo push ups

WOD

Snatch 3-3-3-3-3 reps

*Rest between sets. Please focus on each rep and if you can’t do touch and go snatches, DON’T!

5:15 PM BEACH WOD

Not for time:
In teams of 3 (Subject to change) Perform:
200 Meter Buddy carry. (2 partners carry 1 person. Partners can switch)
150 Push ups
75 Walking lunges
Swim to bouy/ float and back to shore as a Team.
