WARM-UP

400 Meter run
Then
5 Rounds of
“Cindy”

WOD

Front Squat
3-3-3-3-3-3 Reps

*Rest 1 – 2 minutes in between sets. Try to find a heavy 3 rep squat, but if you can’ try and perform some tempo front squats. 3-5 seconds down then explode up.
