5 Toes to bar
10 Walking lunges
15 Jump rope singles

WOD

5 rounds of:
10 strict chest-to-bar pull-ups
20 Banded good morning or barbell good mornings

*Scale Pull-ups if you need to. Absolutely no Kipping today or bands. Its not for time so work on building your strength.
