400 Meter run
Then
15 Minutes of
1-2 Minute Front rack Mobility with bands
5 Jumping air squats

*Warm-up with the barbell as well. do a couple of front squats during the 15 minutes.

WOD

Front squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps
