WARM-UP

400 Meter run
Then
4 Rounds of
4 Push ups
4 Pull-ups
4 Air squats

WOD

12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Handstand push-ups
L-pull-ups

*If you can’t do a Handstand push up yet, do a ring push up or regular push up and try to make it as strict as possible. If you can’t do a L-pull-up yet, do a regular pull-up or a ring row. Try to pick a hard scale that will help you improve your skills.
