How was the Paleo Challenge?
There are so many great things about GetFitCNMI’s Paleo Challenge. After the transition period, it gave me a general feeling of wellness and energy that trained me to look forward to every WOD the minute I wake up in the morning. The challenge gave me this boost of energy allowing me to train 5-6x a week. It’s really amazing!

What was the hardest thing about the Paleo Challenge?
The hardest part about GetFitCNMI’s Paleo Challenge was giving up frappe and pasta during the entire duration of the challenge.

What was the easiest thing about the Paleo Challenge?
The easiest thing about GetFitCNMI’s Paleo Challenge was losing fat without counting the calories. I guess I could also say it is one of the greatest parts of the GetFitCNMI’s Paleo Challenge.

Any tips for future Paleo Challengers?
The transition to the Paleo Diet will only be difficult during the first few days depending on how often you eat sugar and/or grains. But once you start seeing results, you will never regret trying it out. Also, don’t forget to enjoy GetFitCNMI’s Paleo Challenge and strength and conditioning program, because what’s the point in doing all of it when you’re not having fun?

Favorite Paleo Meal?
My favorite meal was Angus ground beef omelet with mushrooms, spinach and bell peppers

How was the Paleo Challenge?
The best thing about GetFitCNMI’s Paleo Challenge was the challenge itself.  This is my second time taking this challenge but in this instance I was more committed to the journey of achieving better health, fitness, and lifestyle.  

What was the hardest thing about the Paleo Challenge?
The most difficult thing about GetFitCNMI’s Paleo Challenge was giving up sweets.  I consider myself to be addicted to sweets, especially ice cream. However for this short period of time, I was able to give up sweets. I would definitely consider that a major accomplishment.

What was the easiest thing about the Paleo Challenge?
What made GetFitCNMI’s Paleo Challenge easy was having prepared meals breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Any tips for future Paleo Challengers?
Tips for  future Paleo Challengers- commit to the challenge and the end result, whatever that means to you. For me it was all about losing weight and I used this challenge as a stepping stone towards that goal.  It was never about winning the challenge but more about sticking to the diet as a means to an end-losing weight.  Of course being at the “box” consistently is a must. 

Favorite Paleo Meal?
My favorite Paleo Meal would be a banana, apple, almond butter, chocolate and walnuts  combination.

How was the Paleo Challenge?

It was awesome! At first it was hard but once I got into the rhythm of it, it was actually really good! 

What was the hardest thing about the Paleo Challenge?
Bread… I love to eat bread! Wanting a sandwich or chips and stuff was pretty difficult. The hardest thing was finding creative ways to get those flavors from the foods that I really craved. 

What was the easiest thing about the Paleo Challenge?
The easiest thing was actually sticking to the diet and not cheat at all! My partner and I actually didn’t use any cheat meals!

Any tips for future Paleo Challengers?
BE CREATIVE WITH YOUR MEALS! The best meals that i’ve eaten in the past year in my life were in this past month during the 30-day Paleo Challenge. We just figured out ways to have delicious tasting food instead of just settling for the “go-to” paleo food items like walnuts. I like food too much and I like the taste of food too much and so we got really creative and did alot of the recipeies we found online. 

Favorite Paleo Meal?
Mediterranean Mahi Mahi filet with olives, artichoke hearts, & pine nuts.

How was the Paleo Challenge?
The overall experience of the Paleo challenge was great! Combining my diet with consistent exercise at GetFitCNMI has made me feel much lighter and much stronger when I work out. 

What was the hardest thing about the Paleo Challenge?
Probably not having any sugar in my coffee every morning! I have gotten used to drinking black coffee.

What was the easiest thing about the Paleo Challenge?
Sticking to the diet and committing to the Paleo Diet. I have learned to enjoy eating more vegetables and fruit in my daily meals. 

Any tips for future Paleo Challengers?
Just do it! And focus on your goals that you set for yourself. You have to want it. But to be honest, I wasn’t really in it to win it. I wanted to try something different and to challenge myself in a different way. 

Favorite Paleo Meal?
Scrambled eggs with mixed vegetables, and hard boiled eggs with lemon and cayenne pepper!
