Day 2 in the books! We had a few guests from Guam stop by and throw up some weight! If you are visiting the island, please stop by and meet the GetFitCNMI Community!

!!CLASSES @ GETFITCNMI HAVE RESUMED WITH A LIMITED SCHEDULE!!

Mixed-Grip Strict Pull-Ups x 6-8 reps

C.
Accumulate two minutes in each of the following positions:
